Non-urgent IT requests and issues:

Go to itsupport.houstonmethodist.org to submit and track your request (access this on or off HM network, using your HM User ID and password).

Email IT Support at providerITsupport@houstonmethodist.org.

Contact your designated Physician Support Coordinator or Ambulatory Thrive Team member.

Onboarding providers: Contact the Medical Staff Office (MSO) where you applied for privileges. If you applied for privileges at more than one hospital, any of those MSOs will be able to assist.
