You may experience intermittent internet and application access slowness, lasting up to 60 seconds.
Save your work often during this maintenance time, and if network drives and icons are missing reboot your computer.
HMCCH Network Maintenance: Thu, Sept. 22

If you’re using either the production (HMH_PWN or TMH_VWN) or the Guest Wi-Fi, be sure to save your work before this downtime. Any device using Guest Wi-Fi will be affected, including:
- Wireless devices
- Personal devices used by guests and/or patients
- Care.ai temperature devices
- Patient Engagement iPads but not Vidyo
- Amazon Alexa
- PatientTrak check-in stands
- Guest kiosks in Business Centers
When the downtime is complete, devices will automatically reconnect.
LaborWorkx: Fri, Sept. 16
midnight – 5 a.m. Friday, Sept. 16.

Pyxis Medstations and Pharmogistics: 2-3 p.m. Mon, Sept. 19
Pyxis Medstations and Pharmogistics Downtime for System Update
2-3 p.m. Monday, Sept. 19
Pyxis Medstations and Pharmogistics devices will experience a one-hour downtime from 2-3 p.m. Monday, Sept. 19, for security and software updates.
During the downtime, Pyxis Medstations will be placed on critical override. Bedside nurses can still access medications, but Epic won’t receive patient and order updates. For new admissions, temporary patients may be created.
Please follow your normal downtime procedures and contact Pharmacy IT or your local pharmacy with any questions or issues.
Additional downtimes to complete pharmacy software updates will take place on Monday, Oct. 3 and Monday, Oct. 24.
BRAVO: Sat, Sept. 17 to Sun, Sept. 18

The BRAVO option in MARS will be unavailable during this time.

Prescription saving coupons won’t appear on the After-Visit Summary or MyChart. These will be available after the downtime is complete.

Digoxin Order Update
Sep 02, 2022Beginning Wednesday, Sept. 7, to improve dosing and lab monitoring, the digoxin (Lanoxin) order set will be updated to include two options: Maintenance and Load & Maintenance Dose.
